What is the typical delivery time for furniture orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-14 business days. For larger furniture pieces, our white-glove delivery team will contact you within 48 hours of purchase to schedule a specific delivery window.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Quarters ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics network to include international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Yes, sustainability is a core value at Quarters. 90% of our wooden furniture is crafted from FSC-certified timber or reclaimed materials to ensure minimal environmental impact.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal. You can also view live updates by logging into your Quarters account.
Do you provide fabric swatches before I purchase?
Absolutely. You can order up to five fabric or leather swatches for free to ensure the texture and color perfectly complement your living space before committing to a large piece.
